Terms of Service
These terms explain how ChurchOps is provided and the responsibilities of each church using the platform.
1. Church ownership of data
Each church owns 100% of its data. ChurchOps does not claim ownership of church records, content, or pastoral notes stored in the platform.
2. Account model
ChurchOps is a private, church-controlled system. Each church operates in its own workspace with access restricted to authorized leaders.
3. Acceptable use
Users must use ChurchOps responsibly and only for church administration and pastoral support. Churches are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information entered by their authorized users.
4. Pastoral judgment
ChurchOps is provided as-is and is not a substitute for pastoral judgment, leadership decisions, or spiritual counsel. It is an administrative support tool.
5. Service availability
While we aim for reliable service, occasional downtime may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen issues.
6. Data export and deletion
A church may request a data export and/or deletion of its data. Requests will be handled within a reasonable time, subject to identity verification and administrative confirmation.
7. Changes
These terms may be updated to improve clarity, compliance, or product operations. If changes are significant, we will make reasonable effort to notify the church administrators.
